Welcome to the Fitness Studio

Our fully equipped gym is your first stop for fitness in Minehead. Suitable for both beginners and advanced gym users, our new facilities and experienced knowledgeable staff will help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Easily accessible, the Fitness Studio has ample free car parking spaces and an informal and relaxed atmosphere. We have a wide range of machines and equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines and resistance machines. We also have a weights rooms which is complete with an Olympic bench press, 260kg weight plates, squat rack, dumbbells ranging from 5kg to 30kg with dumbbell benches, and more.

We aim to provide quality yet competitively priced fitness services on a pay monthly basis. We also provide personal training sessions to help you reach your goals and realise your potential. Sessions start from as little as £20 and are one-to-one. We are not a boot camp but we aim to find you an exercise routine that helps you to stay fit.
