Yeovil Town are ready to complete a loan deal for Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah until the end of the season.

He has been training with the Glovers this week and is set to complete his Somerset switch on Monday.

On the other hand, Glovers striker Reuben Reid has joined League Two strugglers Plymouth Argyle on a month's loan.

The ex.West Brom forward has had his opportunities in Yeovil's first team limited due to the excellence of Paddy Madden and James Hayter.

Now with Kwesi Appiah set to enter the fray, it always looked like a move might be on the cards.

We wish him all the best during his spell down in Devon.
