Emergency services attending an overnight fire that damaged several properties in Highbridge believe it may have been started deliberately.
Firefighters were called out to Parsons Road at around 2.15am this morning to tackle the blaze, which involved several sheds and fencing.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Two sheds, one brick bin store and 20 metres of fencing were destroyed by fire.
"Two dwellings were externally damaged by heat and an adjoining garage block was also damaged.
"The police also attended due to suspected arson."
