Three men from Stroud who admitted lying to police over the supply of drugs to Bristol man Nick Bonnie, who died in a Manchester nightclub, will be sentenced in July.

30-year-old Mr Bonnie, who lived in Bristol but was originally from Stroud, died at The Warehouse Project in Trafford last September after taking a substance he believed to be ecstasy.

James Churchill, Dean Neale and Simon Lloyd-Jones, who have previously pleaded guilty to drugs offences linked to Mr Bonnie's death, admitted perverting the course of justice at Manchester Crown Court. A fourth man is yet to plead on charges of providing false witness statements.
