A children’s hospice in Wraxhall has been donated a grant by Somerset Freemasons.
Children’s Hospice South West in Charlton Farm was given a grant of £1,738.00 on December 11, from the organisations national charity, the Freemasons’ Grand Charity.

David Mason, Assistant Provincial Grand Master for Somerset, said: “Somerset Freemasons are proud to be able to provide this support for Hospices in Somerset yet again. This grant is part of the total of £620,000 Freemasons have donated this year to the 239 Hospices in England & Wales.
“In the current economic climate we recognise the increased importance of supporting caring services such as the Children‘s Hospice SW at Wraxall.
“Helping our local communities in North Somerset is important to Somerset Freemasons”.
The grant was one of four presented this week to each of the four Hospices in Somerset by local Freemasons.
