BATH CITY 0 TAUNTON TOWN 1

Taunton are through to the final of the Somerset Premier Cup after a crazy own goal in the 90th minute of this dour affair last night.

The game looked like going into extra time when defender Sekani Simpson played a back pass which his goalkeeper Stuart Moore completely missed and the ball ended up in the back of the net.

City fielded a strong side but found it difficult to break down Taunton, whose goalkeeper Joe Perry barely had a shot to save. In a game of few chances, Taunton's Jamie Short went close to putting his side ahead in the 82nd minute, shooting wide of Moore.

The other semi-final between Frome Town and Odd Down is being played tonight.
