Taunton Town chairman and chief executive Kevin Sturmey has defended his players after the sending-off of six of them this season.
Rob Norrish was the latest to see red in the 2-1 victory at Mangotsfield on Tuesday.
Sturmey said: "I think we have been very unlucky because some of the sendings-off have been embarrassing.
"We as a club will not tolerate dissent or violent conduct. The problem seems to be interpretation of the rules – what is a good tackle and what is a bad tackle."
