Traditional carols, songs, stories and music will be at the Old Down Inn, Emborough, Somerset, on Sunday, from 8pm.

Following last year's sell-out Christmas shows in Bristol and North Somerset, the popular Bristol folk group, The Hotwells Howlers are returning to present an evening of entertainment. A special feature of the show will be a performance of the Harptree Mummers play, once a regular seasonal folk play of the Mendips and the Chew Valley.

The Hotwells Howlers are a Bristol-based group of 11 singers and musicians who sing traditional songs from the West Country.

For more information call 01761 419224. Admission costs £5.
