Cases Somerset Rebels will host Ipswich Witches in the first leg of the League Cup final at the Oaktree Arena this Friday (7.30pm).

The Rebels will then head up to Suffolk for the second and deciding leg on Thursday, October 25.

With captain Jason Doyle having been ruled out of the meeting after breaking a bone in his neck during yesterday's Premier League Riders' Championship in Sheffield, Somerset have booked Plymouth Devils rider Ryan Fisher as a guest replacement this Friday.

The Rebels have also provisionally agreed a date for the Premier League play-off grand final with Scunthorpe Scorpions, should they clinch top spot in their group.

Workington Comets are the only team who can stop the Scorpions advancing and, to do so, they will need to win at Edinburgh in the final group match on Friday night.
