Ofsted: Swindon social services not spotting child abuse

Social workers at Swindon need to improve the way the spot child sex abuse an Ofsted inspection of children's services has concluded. Although there was nothing which required immediate action and no child was in immediate danger, inspectors said there was room for improvement. They raised number of issues about recognising the signs of sexual exploitation and dealing with domestic abuse under the tough new inspection regime.
