HERE is a letter sent in by a Journal reader stating their view of Shepton Post Office. Do you agree? Comment on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/sheptonjournal.
FOUR weeks ago I wrote a letter to the Journal about the poor service in Shepton’s post office, in the hope things might improve.
But alas, my plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears, as I once more found it still has not improved.
I went there again on Tuesday and found the queue reaching the door to the shop, and once again only one person serving, with at least 25 customers waiting.
It took me an hour to be served, which is totally unacceptable, not only for the customers, but also for the member of staff that was working.
So come on, whoever is in charge, get it sorted. You would complain if you had to wait that long or maybe you just do not care.
My name and address is at the bottom of this letter if you want to reply, but I will not hold my breath.
