Rob Dray, sacked as Bridgwater Town’s manager in March, returns to Fairfax Park tonight with his new club Bideford.
The North Devon side play Bridgwater in the first round of the Evo-Stik Southern League’s Red Insure Cup.
Dray, who was appointed assistant manager of Bideford during the summer, said last night: “I’m looking forward to the game.
“My allegiance is now very much with Bideford – that’s where my loyalties lie.
“But I’ve still got friends at Bridgwater, although obviously I will be looking to beat them.”
Meanwhile, Bridgwater’s joint manager Kevin Milsom says there will be changes to his side’s line-up following Saturday’s 3-1 league defeat at Abingdon.
“I had been pleased with the progress we have made until Saturday,” said Milsom. “But the performance at Abingdon was a real setback.”

Taunton Town have a rearranged away game against Cirencester Town in Division One South and West of the Evo Stik Southern League this coming Saturday.
