The landlord of a Weston-super-Mare pub is looking to people to take part in a charity truck pull. Paul Sprackman, 55, who is the landlord of the Criterion Pub in Upper Church Road, is organising the charity stunt on September 22 to raise money for Weston RNLI. He is asking teams of six to pull a 7.5 tonnes Thatchers dray lorry along a 40-metre stretch of Upper Church Road. The pull will take place from 1pm-3pm and will be followed by live music.
