The RSPCA is investigating the deaths of four cats from suspected anti-freeze poisoning from the same address in Bristol.

Their owner found a plastic tub with what looked like strips of ham doused in anti-freeze on the top of the hedge which runs along the side of the property after the cats became ill.

RSPCA inspector Chris James made house-to-house enquiries in the Hastings Road area of the city and found that another couple of cats had died from suspected anti-freeze poisoning three weeks ago.
