Police are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was assaulted in Gloucester.

The incident happened on Central Road, Gloucester at around 3.30am on Sunday December 29.

The victim, an 18-year-old man from Gloucester had been involved in a fight, as a result of this he sustained head injuries and was taken to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where he is currently in a critical but stable condition.

Anyone who may have information on this incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 76 of December 29.

An 19-year-old man from Gloucester was charged with Grievous Bodily Harm and a 20-year man, also from Gloucester was charged with affray and appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates today, December 31.

The two men are Dominik Webb, aged 19 from Worcester Place, Gloucester and Brendan Fenemore, aged 20 from Shakespeare Avenue, Gloucester.
