Prime Minister David Cameron has been invited to don a Spiderman suit and join Fathers' rights group Demo4Children in an abseil down Somerset County Council offices in aid of flood victims.
"He has yet to respond to our letter and our offer to lend him a Spiderman suit," a spokesman for the group, which is not affiliated with Fathers 4 Justice UK, said yesterday.
The charity abseil down the county council's C-Block is on April 3 and 4, depending on the weather, and with help from Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue Service.
Participants are asked to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship, raising funds for three charities, including the Somerset Flood Victims.
Demo4Children says that in 2010 Mr Cameron promised a presumption of contact for fathers with their children after family breakdown but claim the Prime Minister has failed to keep that promise.
