Bristol model Amy Willerton has revealed her reason for entering I'm A Celebrity..Get Me Out Of Here! – earning enough money to ensure her brother can be looked after for life.
The former Miss Universe Great Britain wants to be able to pay for a full-time carer for her 19-year-old sibling Ross so he can live at the family home in Westbury Park.
In an article in the Mail on Sunday, she revealed that her family almost lost Ross to social services when he was younger.
Amy, who was in the Australian jungle last month for the ITV1 show, said: "My driving ambition is to look after Ross for the rest of my life.
"I know my parents worry about what will happen to him after they're gone, but I will take care of him whatever happens.
"Ultimately, I'd love to be able to afford to pay for a full-time carer so he can live back at home with us. That's why I want to do well.
"Because of Ross, I've never worried about looking cool or doing the same things as others my age.
"He's taught me to make the most of every opportunity because he doesn't have that option."
Ross, who lives in a home for people with severe mental health difficulties, was born with a condition known as mosaicism. One third of his cells have an extra chromosome, which has left him with the lifelong mental capability of a one-year-old.
He also suffers from severe autism.
