Hornets close on the title

Hornets will take another step towards winning the South West One West championship if they beat Cullompton away today.

The Weston side have the same number of points at the top of the table as St Austell but have two games in hand.

The Cornish side play away to struggling Coney Hill while third-placed Cleve are home to bottom side Sidmouth.

Fourth-placed North Petherton play at Bideford, fifth-placed Chard visit Clevedon while sixth-placed Camborne are home to Thornbury.

Bridgwater and Albion are home to Wadebridge Camels.

Burnham-on-Sea will be looking to step up the pressure at the top of Western Counties West when they play at home to Penryn today.

Burnham are lying fourth but have games in hand on two of the sides above them.

Wellington have a tough home game against second-placed Teignmouth.
