The Frome Running Club contingent at the Southwick Parkrun was led over the line by Gary Eagle in 18mins 45secs.
Robin-Mark Schols completed the 5k course in 19:16, 13 seconds ahead of Lee Stone. Graham Farley set a PB of 24:19 and Judy Bryant came home in 29:31.
The club was represented at two events the following day, chasing puddings rather than medals.
The Full Monty-Cute 10.5- mile off-road event at Stoke sub Hamdon boasts ten hills in ten miles and there was Frome interest in three categories.
Mark Aston (MV60) finished in 2hrs 13:50, and Tom Stokes (MV50) crossed the line in 1:25:10, while Frome second-claim member Jim Plunkett-Cole won the MV40 category in 1:18:48. All received a Christmas pudding as a souvenir of the race.
More puddings were on offer to runners taking part in the Bromham 10k. The fast and flat event was extended from 300 to 500 entries this year and 16 Frome members were among the field.
Hayden Coate crossed the line first for Frome in a PB of 38:04, with Schols not far behind in a season’s best of 38:26.
Second-claim member Jo Fordham made the most of a last-minute entry to set a PB of 44:15 and there were also new bests for Caroline Rea (45:46), Kate Wareham (49:55), Dawn Prior (60:41) and Sheila Harrison (62:44), with Wareham knocking eight minutes off her time from the same event last year.
Other Frome finishers: Ted Sprules (41:48), Lauren Penny (44:29), Chris Steele (48:27), Emma Evans (53:58), Anne Porter (54:39), Judy Bryant (58:47), Sue Heath (59:59), Nina Casey (60:08). Paul Gardner finished in around 55:30, although his official time has not yet been confirmed.
