The driver of a car which landed on its roof after an incident in Yeovil this morning escaped without serious injury.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Mudford Road at around 6.40am.
The driver of the vehicle, a Citroen C3, was treated for minor injuries at the scene, a spokesman for the ambulance service said.
One fire appliance from Yeovil attended the scene and made the vehicle safe.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to reports of a car on its roof at 6.45am on Mudford Road, near the junction with Lyde Road. Highways were called to clear mud from the road.”
