A Bristol property management company has taken on a colourful new look to make it more visible for the leaseholders of the 210 apartment blocks it manages across the area.

BNS Property Management, based in Downend but operating across the South West, has introduced all new branding and launched a new and updated website as part of a major reinvention of the business.

The company which has been in business in Bristol since the 1990s is still being run by brothers Andrew and Ian Simmonds but has undergone an image overhaul to represent how far the business has come.

The new branding will be visible on its fleet of vans, uniforms, literature and on the new website and online managing system used by leaseholders to keep up-to-date with their properties.

The new image replaces signage and logos used by the company since its inception, with rings of colour representing different aspects of the company's business.

BNS managing director Andrew Simmonds said: "We are so excited by our new image and believe that it now reflects what a forward-thinking agency we are. Although our values remain the same and we will be providing exactly the same high standard of service to our clients, we have had a bit of a reinvention and look forward to showing it off.

"We consulted branding specialists as we wanted something that would be instantly recognisable for our clients and reflect the values of the company.

"Maintenance staff will have the logo on their clothing and people working on blocks will wear brightly coloured shirts to match the rings in the logo. Just as the five Olympic rings represent the continents of the world we have six rings representing our values.

"We have green for sustainability; light blue for original thinking; grey for our work ethic; dark blue for our strong financial management; yellow for our energy and enthusiasm and pink for our friendliness.

"We are determined to be visible when we are on site as we encourage leaseholders in the blocks we manage to approach us and let us know about any issues that they have. Too many property management companies try to slip in and out of properties without being seen – we think with these vibrant colours they won't miss us!"

BNS Management, run by brothers Andrew and Ian Simmonds, has a reputation for strong local connections, rapid response times and reliability establishing it as one of the region's leading property managing agents. It offers different levels of service for both large and small properties.

BNS manages apartment blocks, gated communities and large properties in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The MyBNS service launched by the company has received acclaim from experts and users alike and allows leaseholders to check on their properties, report any problems and monitor what is being done about it, all at the touch of a button.

Andrew continued: "Being in business for so long is great in a way as it gives people peace of mind that we are reliable and experienced. We do feel, however, that it is so important to stay ahead of the game and we are constantly finding new ways to help our clients save money and time on their property management. Our new look definitely reflects that."
