Camra warning about pubs' fragile future

A campaign has been launched to encourage people to visit their local pub in the aftermath of the festive season in a bid to prevent further closures. The Campaign for Real Ale (Camra) warned that the lack of trade in traditionally-quiet January could be the "nail in the coffin" for struggling pubs, which are closing at the rate of 26 a week. Camra promotional packs are being sent to thousands of pubs, as part of the campaign.
