Bridgwater Town skipper and centre back Chris McGrath makes a comeback in tonight’s home game against Wimborne Town in Division One South and West of the Evo-Stik Southern League.

McGrath, once on the books of Liverpool, has been sidelined for a month with a groin problem.

He joined Bridgwater from Taunton along with several of his team-mates at Wordsworth Drive.

Bridgwater have had their last ten matches over a period of six weeks postponed because of the bad weather but tonight’s game is certain to go ahead following the sunshine and drying wind of the past three days.

Bridgwater Town (home v Wimborne Town, from): Purnell, Viney, Veal P, Middleton, Simpson, Mountford, Fitzpatrick, McClennan, Vance, Merceica, Veal C, Legg, Salem, MacNab, Farnham, Sims, Govier, Chamberlain, McGrath, Venning.
