Hello everyone. I've been out and about enjoying all the lovely sunshine we've been having lately, have you?

The sunshine has been good for the blackberries behind our house too. Last week they were not quite ready, but after school this week I put my wellies on and headed up the lane with Mum– and armfuls of tubs and bowls. They were all big and juicy so we picked lots and lots and filled our tubs.

Quite a few of the berries didn't actually make it to the bowl, as I ate rather a lot as we went along.

My face and paws were purple from all the juice, which was a bit of a giveaway.

Mum says that it is always a good idea to go blackberry picking with a grown-up so that you know that you are picking the right kind of berries in the right kind of places.

When we got home mum made blackberry and apple crumble – what a treat.

Now, I have some new members to introduce to you all this week. Henry Chapman, of Evercreech, is joining us. Henry was born at the beginning of this year and his family tells me he likes chasing his big brother in his baby walker. Samuel Lee, of Shepton Mallet, is another new member. He loves his mummy and daddy and also ZingZillas. Molly Brigstocke, of Cheddar is joining our club. Molly likes dancing, swimming and Build-a-Bears. Ruby-Mae Morgan, of Shepton Mallet is joining us, too. Ruby-Mae loves cuddles with her family. Finally, for this week, Isaac McNee is a new member. Isaac lives in Wirral and loves going swimming and to his nursery school. A big Billie welcome to you all.
