The crash happened at around 1.30pm on Thursday September 13 on the A371 near the junction of Wyke Lane.
Police say the collision involved a single vehicle – a Mercedes cement mixer which left the road.
The male driver was taken to hospital but his injuries were not serious.
The road had to be closed for several hours to recover the vehicle and police would like to thank motorists for their patience during that time.
